Radio is not a character. It is an interference.

Its figure emerges from a fragmented surface, built and erased at the same time. Layers of oil and acrylic overlap until the face becomes an unstable signal, as if the image were struggling to materialize without ever reaching a final, fixed form.

The contrast between the acidic green background and the deep burgundy tones intensifies this tension. What initially appears to be a portrait gradually reveals itself as a suspended presence familiar, yet impossible to place.

Part of the UTOPIA v1.1 series. Every visible brushstroke preserves the creative process, treating error, revision, and accumulation not as imperfections, but as essential elements of the image itself.

Rather than depicting an identity, the painting captures the moment before one fully exists.
